Hair Loss Solutions for Veterans

The Hair Garden Salon & Trichology Center’s company mission is to “Serve Those That Have Served us”. Thank you for your service to our great Nation. We appreciate your service and want to help you feel like yourself again! If you are enrolled in VA Health Care (Veterans Administration) or TRICARE, They will cover 100% of the cost of your Cranial Prosthesis on an as needed basis. We are approved providers for the US Department of Veterans Affairs Program and TRICARE.

The Process

Here are some next steps you can take to start the process for your Cranial Prosthesis:

Contact your primary care Physician or Dermatology within the VA Hospital.
Our team will assist you if you don’t have a primary care doctor. We will call the customer service number found on the back of your card.
Advise them that you need a consult to prosthetics for a Cranial Prosthesis due to your hair loss condition.  
Call our office to let us know once the consult was done.  
We will then process this information and schedule your session

We make cranial hair prosthesis for cancer patients.

American Cancer Society has a program available to those who qualify to assist you in purchasing a Cranial Hair Prosthesis. If your insurance does not cover the total cost of your cranial hair prosthesis or only covers the partial cost of your unit, you may qualify for an allotment through the American Cancer Society. The American Cancer Society will issue you a voucher for up to $75 to help cover the cost of your Cranial Hair Prosthesis. However, it would help if you met specific financial guidelines.

You must apply for this voucher before you purchase a "Cranial Hair Prosthesis". It will not be awarded for pre-made purchases. To inquire about getting financial assistance for your cranial hair prosthesis purchase, you can contact the American Cancer Society below:
